Louise Albert (Outaouais)
Louise Albert is a social worker, psychotherapist and neurolinguistic programming practitioner. She has worked in different fields such as human resources management, training, facilitating and social intervention. She currently operates a private consulting practice in helping relationships.

Michel Arsenault (Quebec City)

Michel Arsenault holds a Master’s in Psychology and Public Administration and has been a manager in the health and social services network for some 20 years. He is currently a continuous improvement coordinator for quality at the Centre de santé et des services sociaux de Québec-Sud.

Danielle Dallaire (Montreal)
Danielle Dallaire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and a Master’s in Education, both from the Université de Montréal. She has worked for the Hôpital Louis-H. Lafontaine (HLHL) since 1970, holding clinical and management positions for a number of years. For the past five years, she has coordinated outpatient nursing care for the external sector of the HLHL. She is manager of practice quality for external sector nurses. Danielle Dallaire has been a lecturer in continuing education in nursing sciences at Cégep Maisonneuve for the past three years. She has also been a trainer for the Mental Illness Foundation since spring 2003 for the working it Out program.

Lucie Fournier (Montreal)
Lucie Fournier has over 14 years of experience in harassment and conflict management. She helps organizations in the prevention, management and postvention of problem situations. She raises awareness among businesses about the impact of such issues on the mental health of managers and employees by advocating systematic intervention. She intervenes as a mediator, investigator, facilitator and coach.

Nicolas Julien (Quebec City)
Nicolas Julien is a clinical psychologist at Quebec City’s Clinique de l’humeur et des états anxieux. He splits his time between private practice and research. He is also a lecturer for the Mental Illness Foundation and a teaching assistant at the Institut maritime du Québec. He is particularly interested in mood disorders, anxiety disorders and attention deficit disorder among adults.

Nicole Laferrière (Montreal)
Nicole Laferrière holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Health Science and has solid clinical experience in forensic psychiatry. In 2002, she completed a Master’s degree in Quality in the Université de Montréal’s Département d’administration de la santé. She is involved in a number of clinical training courses throughout the network, and her academic and professional course has also been oriented by a marked interest in health systems, continuous improvement of quality and development of a customer-focused culture. After holding the position of coordinator at the ultraspecialized clinic Cormier-Lafontaine, she is now clinical administrative head of the anxiety and mood disorders program at Hôpital Louis-H. Lafontaine.

Luc Legris (Montreal)
Luc Legris is a clinical psychologist and holds a Ph.D. in the psychodynamic approach to clinical psychology. For a number of years, he has split his time between private practice and research, with a particular interest in depression and suicide. He is currently a clinical rehabilitation consultant within the Direction des services de réadaptation et d’hébergement dans la communauté at the Hôpital Louis-H. Lafontaine. He is also a speaker for the Mental Illness Foundation and lecturer at UQAM.

Serge Marchand (Quebec City)
Serge Marchand is trained in counselling and orientation. He is currently coordinator of development and innovation in human resources at the Centre hospitalier Robert-Giffard.
